Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup pimiento
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 1 3/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In saucepan melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add milk and chicken broth at once.
  4. Whisk until thick and bubbly.
  5. Stir in chicken, pimento and mushrooms; heat through.
  6. Pour over toast points.
