Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in olive oil until translucent and soft. Add old bay seasoning and cook for another minute.
  2. Chop or break surimi into bite size pieces. Add to onion and cook until just heated through.
  3. Add any additional old bay seasoning or additional seasonings to taste (such as white wine Worcestershire sauce, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, or small pinch of thyme) .
  4. Turn off heat and add panko breadcrumbs and serve.
