Directions:

  1. Mix soup, pepper, onions and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Put a thin layer of soup mix on bottom of crackpot.
  3. Layer potatoes, soup mix, and cheese.
  4. Repeat, ending with a layer of soup mix and cheese on top.
  5. Cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 hours.
