Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In stock pot, combine the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked beef and milk; heat through.
  5. Mix flour and water.
  6. Add to soup, bring back to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat; stir in cheese and cayenne.
