Ingredients:

  • 1 lb round steak
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 4 oz of tomato sauce
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of water

Directions:

  1. Cube meat, brown in oil in large pan. Add flour, water and tomato sauce. Stir till it resembles gravy. Add seasonings. Cover let simmer for about 1 hour.
