cubed round steak and gravy. Ingredients:
1 pound round steak |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon oil |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 ounce of tomato sauce |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
2 cups of water |
Directions:
1. Cube meat, brown in oil in large pan. Add flour, water and tomato sauce. Stir till it resembles gravy. Add seasonings. Cover let simmer for about 1 hour.
