Ingredients:

  • 3 lb brussel sprout (two costco bags after cutting of the stem)
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut brussels sprout in half
  2. Lather all ingredients over sprouts and bake
