Directions:

  1. Cook and drain brocolli and set aside.
  2. Measure and combine biscuit mix, eggs & milk.
  3. Beat until smooth then add the cheese.
  4. Next fold int he brocolli and stir well.
  5. Pour into a well-buttered 2 qt casserole dish.
  6. Bake 325^F for 1 hour.
