Ingredients:

  • 2 lb bunch kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock

Directions:

  1. Wash, trim and chop the kale. In a large pot heat oil and lightly saute garlic. Add kale and chicken stock. Cook covered for 12 minutes.
