Ingredients:
2 pound bunch kale |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
3/4 cup chicken stock |
Directions:
1. Wash, trim and chop the kale. In a large pot heat oil and lightly saute garlic. Add kale and chicken stock. Cook covered for 12 minutes. |
