Bow Tie Sausage Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook sausages and slice into disks.
  2. Cook pasta according to package, drain, set aside to cool.
  3. Put asparagus in boiling water for 6 minutes, drain and slice into 2 inch pieces.
  4. Mix pasta, onion, tomatoes and asparagus.
  5. Mix mayo, water, garlic, vinegar and salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over pasta mix and mix well.
  7. Enjoy right away or serve cool.
