Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 onion
  • 4 tbsp cilantro (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredents together in bowl let sit for 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
  2. Spoon into a whole wheat soft tortilla and garnish with fresh salsa.
  3. Wrap up burrito style and enjoy.
