Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups finely chopped, precooked beets (such as melissa's)

Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Combine walnut mixture and beets in a large bowl.
