Beef Strips With Zucchini and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In electric skillet or frying pan brown beef strips (can use pam spray, i did not use).
  2. When browned add seasonings.
  3. Add canned zucchini and tomatoes.
  4. Simmer ( i left mine for 30 minutes in electric skillet) can be put on low and left to simmer, only melds flavors.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  7. Add small amount of water to beef mixture if needed.
  8. Drain egg noodles.
  9. Serve beef mixture over egg noodles with juice.
