Barbecued Ribs With Fresh Oregano Rub

Ingredients:

  • 6 lbs ribs
  • 1 pint barbecue sauce , of your favorite

Directions:

  1. At least one hour before cooking, rub fresh oregano into meat, wrap tightly and refrigerate.
  2. Bring ribs to room temperature and grill on a medium heat.
  3. Baste with barbecue sauce and turn every 10 minutes.
  4. Grill approximately 45 minutes or until browned.
