                    This recipe may be used with any type of ribs. Cutting the ribs after they are grilled makes a more attractive presentation. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                6 lbs ribs  |  
                                                1 pint barbecue sauce, of your favorite  |  
                                                12 sprigs fresh oregano, chopped  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. At least one hour before cooking, rub fresh oregano into meat, wrap tightly and refrigerate. 2. Bring ribs to room temperature and grill on a medium heat. 3. Baste with barbecue sauce and turn every 10 minutes. 4. Grill approximately 45 minutes or until browned.                              |
