Baked Fish With Tarragon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place lemon slices on bottom of large baking pan.
  3. Place fish on top of lemons.
  4. Pour melted butter over vish.
  5. Sprinkle with chives and tarragon.
  6. Cover with crushed crackers.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until fish is done.
