  2. Spread croutons over bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle on cheese. Layer sausages and mushrooms on top. Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard. Pour over all. Chill overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Com-bine soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
