Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange carrots, turnip, and rutabaga in 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Drizzle over vegetables.
  5. Cover vegetables with aluminum foil; bake 40 to 50 minutes.
  6. Serve over brown rice.
