Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon and crumble
  2. Spray a 12 muffin pan well with spray
  3. Combine first 9 ingredients and mix well (make sure to incorporate the flour well)
  4. Make a well and add egg, milk & oil
  5. Blend till moistened and mixed
  6. Fill each muffin pan 2/3 full
  7. Bake at 400 till golden brown (20-25 minutes)
  8. Remove from pans immediately.
