Asiago and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, asiago cheese and garlic; process briefly, scrape down and then process until well combined.
  3. Drain artichoke hearts, squeezing each one slightly.
  4. Add hearts, peppers, mushrooms and green onions to processor.
  5. Pulse to finely chop and combine all the ingredients.
  6. Transfer to a shallow baking dish or pie plate.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve with toasted pita bread, french bread or crackers.
