Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 -3 cups flour (i never measure)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream the butter, eggs, and sugar together. Add the milk and bananas, mixing throughly.
  3. Add the flour, one cup at a time, until a batter forms. (It should be a little runny.).
  4. Fill muffin tins liked with paper about 2/3-3/4 way full. Bake until golden brown. Bake time is approximate and will vary depending on your oven.
