Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence until well blended.
  2. Pour mixture into 6 ramekins.
  3. Simmer the custards for about 10 minutes in a pan of boiling water.
  4. Remove pan from the heat and stand covered with lid until fully set.
  5. Refridgerate until well chilled.
  6. Just before serving, pour over a tablespoon of maple syrup.
  7. Top with mandarin segments.
