Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats (the spent grains from the brewing process. i had to say because recipezaar did not recognize s)

  • 1 egg

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form dough into a big ball.
  4. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a cookie sheet.
  5. Flour a rolling pin to prevent sticking.
  6. Sprinkle flour on dough ball.
  7. Roll out your dough on the parchment paper to 1/4 (or a little less) of an inch thick.
  8. Cut cross-hatch squares into the dough before cooking so that the biscuits are easily separated after cooking.
  9. Cook for 40 minutes at 370.
  10. Let cool and break them apart.
  11. Place biscuits in a paper bag. You should chill them in the fridge if you will not be using them all in a week.
