Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Blend butter with sugar. Beat in the egg. Stir in the flour, oats, and raisins. Mix until combined.
  3. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (or you can grease instead).
  4. With your hands, shape the dough into large, round patties, and place on the baking sheets.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
