Directions:

  1. Combine sugar & oil
  2. Add eggs 1 at a time mixing well after each
  3. Add vanilla, zucchini and pineapple
  4. Mix dry ingredients and nuts.
  5. Divide between loaf pans and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes
