Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large sauce pan brown lamb. Remove to colander to drain.
  2. Cook onion in oil until softened. Add garlic and cook another minute.
  3. Add meat mixture, bulgur, water, and tomatoes to sauce pan.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce temperature to simmer and cover.
  5. Stir occasionally, adding water as necessary to keep stew thick, but not too thick.
  6. Cook until bulgur is softened, around 30 minutes.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
