Wal-Mart Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. For the pumpkin using a small pie pumpkin, cut pie pumpkin in half.
  2. Remove seeds and bake covered with foil about an hour at 350-375 degrees.
  3. Remove pumpkin and mash.
  4. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees then reduce heat and bake 45 min.
  6. At 325 degrees (until knife comes out clean).
