Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pear halves skin down on parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Pulse flour, brown sugar, sugar, spices and salt in food processor to combine, then pulse in butter until crumbly, then the oats.
  4. Pack mixture on top of pear halves (thick) & bake for 25 minute.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup & serve warm.
