Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat together egg and sugar.
  2. Beat in milk.
  3. Heat in a double boiler until mixture coats a spoonback.
  4. Chill completely
  5. Freeze in ice cream maker.
