Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs potatoes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut into 1/4 inch strips and place in large bowl. Add dressing and parmesian cheese and toss well. Arrange potatoe pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray ppotatoes with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 12 minutes and turn potato pieces over and continue to bake 10 to 12 minutes.
