Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put onion, celery, and carrot in bottom of large pot. Throw in peppercorns
  2. Place bones on top of vegetables.
  3. Cover with cold water.
  4. Bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer for about 2 hours.
  5. Remove from heat. Let cool.
  6. Strain broth into another pot.
  7. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
  8. When ready to eat, skim fat off top of broth.
  9. Heat and add tomatoes with juice, and pieces of turkey.
  10. Once boiling, add a package large pasta shells.
  11. Season to taste. (I like lots of pepper and some oregano)
