Tomatillo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro

Directions:

  1. Wash tomatillos and boil in water until they turn slightly yellow.
  2. Add chiles and boil 3-4 more minutes.
  3. Put into blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend.
  4. Option: add avocado.
