my dad's grandmother showed him how to make this while he was visiting her Ingredients:
20 peeled tomatillos |
10 serrano chilies |
3 cloves garlic |
1/4 onion |
1 bunch cilantro |
Directions:
1. Wash tomatillos and boil in water until they turn slightly yellow. 2. Add chiles and boil 3-4 more minutes. 3. Put into blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend. 4. Option: add avocado. |
