  1. Sauteed mushrooms
  2. Blend tofu & rest of ingredients
  3. Stir in mushrooms
  4. Bake in muffin pan at 350 F until the tops are golden and a knife inserted into the middle of a quiche comes out clean-about 25-35 minutes
