Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put oil,garlic and beef in medium size pan and lightly brown the beef.
  2. Add vegetables and stir fry.
  3. For Sauce-combine all ingredients and cook on low until thick.
  4. Add to beef and vegetables.
  5. Pour all over cooked spaghetti and toss.
