Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together turkey, chilies, olives, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, and half the can of enchilada sauce with hands. Form into a loaf and place in 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Pour rest of enchilada sauce over top of loaf. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes until meat is brown.
