Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients. Form into balls. Bake at 375 until golden brown and cooked through. Usually about 15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
