Ingredients:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 handfull of mint leaves
  • optional: raisins

Directions:

  1. Cut the vegetables in small cubes and add salt.
  2. Mince the mint.
  3. In a large bowl put everything and mix (do not cook the couscous!)
  4. Cover and fridge for 12 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
