Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt and soda
  • 1 egg , beaten ( optional )
  • some water
  • filling
  • 2 to 3 tbsp white sugar
  • or you can prepare your fave filling

Directions:

  1. For the batter , mix everything , add water until it becomes somewhat a thin batter .
  2. Grease a pan .
  3. Pour a spoonful of batter in the middle and swirl it .
  4. Once cooked ( 1 min ) , flip and spread 2 tbsp of filling in the middle .
  5. Once cooked , cover on both sides ( see the picture )
  6. Makes 4 pcs .
