When we are in a hurry , my mom always make this breakfast . But I like to keep some until evening , wait for the filling to get really soaked and enjoy it : 0 ) Ingredients:
batter |
6 tbsp flour |
1 tsp sugar |
pinch of salt and soda |
1 egg , beaten ( optional ) |
some water |
filling |
6 tbsp fresh grated coconut |
2 to 3 tbsp white sugar |
or you can prepare your fave filling |
Directions:
1. For the batter , mix everything , add water until it becomes somewhat a thin batter . 2. Grease a pan . 3. Pour a spoonful of batter in the middle and swirl it . 4. Once cooked ( 1 min ) , flip and spread 2 tbsp of filling in the middle . 5. Once cooked , cover on both sides ( see the picture ) 6. Makes 4 pcs . |
