Sweet Potato With Pineapple

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 as much pineapple as potatoes
  • 1/3 cup. honey
  • 1/4 cup. water

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes with the skins on.
  2. When cool, peel and cut into one quarter inch thick pieces.
  3. Mix honey and hot water.
  4. Just cover bottom of baking dish with mixture.
  5. Add the sweet potatoes and sliced pineapple.
  6. Pour the remaining honey mixture over them and bake for 10 minutes in hot oven (400 degrees).
