Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic, and drain well.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, and seasonings, and heat to a boil.
  3. Turn heat down and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles according to package directions, and drain.
  5. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until creamy and add sour cream and cheeses.
  6. Butter deep 11x14 inch baking dish.
  7. Layer half the noodles, half of beef mixture, and half the cheeses.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove covering and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
