Ingredients:

  • 14 1/2 oz tomatoes with jalapenos
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Pour entire can of tomatoes (including liquid) into pan. Add water, rice, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
