Simple Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gallon 2% milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white rice
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat milk, add rice. cook 'till tender, and then hit with immersion blender-do not completely pulverize. keep cooking until desired texture (rice). add 1/2 & 1/2, stir. add salt, stir. add vanilla, stir. add water, stir. cool with plastic wrap on top, to avoid skin. serve with rose water to taste.
