Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil cabbage until tender.
  2. Combine beef, egg, COOKED instant rice, salt, pepper, & onion. Roll mixture into cabbage leaves.
  3. Secure cabbage together with toothpicks.
  4. Brown cabbage with meat mixture inside, browning leaves on all sides in Wesson oil.
  5. After browning, put cabbage rolls in sperate saucepan.
  6. Mix sauce ingredients & pour over rolls.
  7. Cover.
  8. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
