Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 4 slices bread, broken in pieces
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except catsup in a bowl and shape into a loaf. Put in a baking dish and top with a strip of catsup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
