Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tsp cinnamon-heaping
  • 1/2tsp ginger-careful
  • 1/4 tsp cloves- heaping

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in order given.
  2. Pour into pastry shell.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for another 45 minutes.
