  1. Core cabbage and thinly slice. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and hot sauce. Heat oil on med-high. Add carrots, onion and pepper, sautee for 2 min. Add cabbage, sautee until tender-crip. Add sauce, stir well, heat through, about 2 min.
