cabbage = a medium head Serve over rice, super delicious and filling! Ingredients:
908 g cabbage |
2 carrots, julianned |
1 medium onion, sliced thin |
1 green bell pepper, sliced thin |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tsp ginger |
1/2 tsp hot sauce |
1/2 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Core cabbage and thinly slice. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and hot sauce. Heat oil on med-high. Add carrots, onion and pepper, sautee for 2 min. Add cabbage, sautee until tender-crip. Add sauce, stir well, heat through, about 2 min. |
